Our take on the 36" Oblivion Smart Induction Cooktop in Black

This 36-inch Jenn-Air induction cooktop combines a cooking surface with a built-in downdraft vent that pulls vapors and odors down and away from the cooktop. The vent offers 345 CFM extraction and a quiet fan with weight-balanced blades, and it can be set up to either vent outside or recirculate air. The Flex-Choice XL induction elements include automatic pan detection and bridging for larger cookware.

Before buying, confirm that your countertop cutout matches the 36-inch width, check that you have an electric hookup suited to induction, and decide whether an external vent or recirculating setup fits your kitchen.
