Our take on the 36" Smart 5-Element Gas Cooktop in Black Stainless with 20K UltraHeat™ BTU Burner
This 36-inch gas cooktop from LG offers five burners in a range of sizes and output levels, so you can move from a hard boil to a gentle simmer on the same surface. One burner reaches high heat quickly, which is handy for getting water up to temperature, while the lower settings hold a steady low flame. The continuous cast-iron grates give cookware a stable base and help heat spread more evenly. The black stainless top is coated to make spills easier to wipe away, and an auto reignition feature relights a burner if the flame goes out unexpectedly.
This model suits anyone who wants a wide gas cooktop with several burners and a range of heat settings for everyday cooking. Before buying, check that your countertop opening matches the width of the unit and that you have a gas line ready to connect. Confirm the ventilation arrangement in your kitchen as well, and make sure the black stainless finish fits the look of your space.
About the 36" Smart 5-Element Gas Cooktop in Black Stainless with 20K UltraHeat™ BTU Burner
Five cooktop burners of varying sizes and power levels provide all the power and precision you need. Turn up the power with a burner that can rapidly go to high heat for quick boiling or turn it down to a true simmer. Not only do our heavy-duty, continuous cast-iron grates look great, but they also help provide even heating and a stable surface for your cookware.
Easily wipe away spills and splatters thanks to the specially coated stainless-steel surface. Auto reignition is a safety feature that automatically reignites the burners if the flame accidentally goes out, preventing gas leakage and ensuring uninterrupted cooking.
