Maytag 5.2 CuFt Smart Pet Pro Top Load Agitator White Washer

Our take on the 5.2 CuFt Smart Pet Pro Top Load Agitator White Washer

The Maytag MTW7205RW is a white top-load agitator washer with a 5.2 cubic foot capacity. Its standout feature is the Pet Pro setting, which switches on a built-in filter designed to catch and visibly pull away pet hair from laundry. Extra Power adds extra stain-fighting action to any cycle, while Deep Fill lets you choose higher water levels when a load needs more. A built-in faucet can handle quick rinses or longer soaks before the wash begins. Smart features connect to the Maytag app, so you can start or stop a load remotely and receive a notification when a cycle finishes.

This washer will appeal most to pet owners who spend a lot of time dealing with fur on clothes and bedding, and to households that like the convenience of app control. Before buying, check that the 5.2 cubic foot size fits the space and laundry volume you have in mind, and confirm the dimensions against your laundry area.
