Whirlpool 47 Top Control Dishwasher with PowerBlast® Cycle and PowerDry

Our take on the 47 Top Control Dishwasher with PowerBlast® Cycle and PowerDry

This built-in dishwasher from Whirlpool, sold under the Maytag name, uses a PowerBlast cycle and Dual Power Filtration so dishes can often go in without a rinse first. Its PowerDry setting paired with Open Air Dry is designed to leave dishes drier at the end of a run. A third-level rack adds room for mugs and bowls, while the lower rack includes an extra-large item wash zone for bulkier serving pieces. The racks, chopper blade and stainless steel tub are covered by a 10-year limited parts warranty.

Shoppers who want generous space and a dishwasher that handles heavy loads without much prep work are the people this model is aimed at. Before buying, measure your opening and confirm it fits the cutout for a built-in unit, and check that the finish matches the rest of your kitchen.
