Our take on the 36" 49 dBA Modern Glass Wall Mount Range Hood

This 36-inch Whirlpool wall mount range hood brings a sleek glass look to the kitchen. Its Perimetric Venting directs suction toward the zones of your cooktop where smoke and odors rise, and its 3-speed motor is rated in the 400 CFM class. Sound insulation and a specially shaped chimney are built in to keep operation calm, and at the lowest speed the noise can drop to around 49 dBA. Efficient LED task lights help you see what you are cooking, while edge lighting switches on automatically as the room lighting dims.

This hood suits shoppers who want a contemporary focal point above a range and value quiet, targeted ventilation. Before buying, confirm that the 36-inch width matches your cooking surface and wall space, and check that the venting arrangement fits your kitchen layout.
