GE 7.4 CuFt Smart Steam Sanitize White Gas Dryer with Sensor Dry

Our take on the 7.4 CuFt Smart Steam Sanitize White Gas Dryer with Sensor Dry

This is a 7.4 cubic foot gas dryer from GE in white, model PTD70GBSTWS. Its steam feature can refresh lightly worn clothes and smooth out wrinkles in heavier loads. Drum movement adjusts on the fly to keep fabrics from bunching together and to dry more evenly. One of the more convenient touches is its wireless link to a compatible washer, which lets the dryer pick settings based on the load that was just washed. A fine mist near the end of the cycle helps reduce static cling.

Shoppers who already run a gas line and want a dryer that handles steam refreshes and wrinkle release may find this a good fit, especially if they value automatic settings. Before buying, confirm that your laundry space has a gas hookup and suitable venting, and check that the cabinet dimensions and door clearance work for your room. Pairing with a compatible washer is needed to get the wireless setting feature.
