Whirlpool 36-inch Gas Cooktop with Speed Heat Burner - Black

Our take on the 36-inch Gas Cooktop with Speed Heat Burner - Black

This Whirlpool 36-inch gas cooktop in black brings five burners to the kitchen, including a speed heat burner for when you need to bring water to a boil or get a pan hot quickly. Cleanup is simplified by the design: the cast iron grates can go in the dishwasher, and their hinged construction lets you lift them to wipe underneath without taking them off. Raised edges around the surface help keep spills contained.

This cooktop suits households that cook frequently and want a wide, multi-burner surface with easier cleaning in mind. It can be installed over a wall oven or set up on its own, so it works in more than one kitchen layout. Before buying, confirm that your countertop opening matches the 36-inch width and that you have a gas hookup available in the location.
