Whirlpool 36-inch Gas Cooktop with Speed Heat Burner - White

Our take on the 36-inch Gas Cooktop with Speed Heat Burner - White

This 36-inch gas cooktop from Whirlpool brings five burners to a white finish, with one of them offering a speed heat setting for faster boiling. Cleanup is a strong point here. The EZ-2 lift cast iron grates are dishwasher safe and hinge up, so you can wipe beneath them without taking them off, and raised edges help keep spills contained.

This model suits households that cook several dishes at once and want a surface that is easier to keep tidy. It can be installed on its own or set above a wall oven, which gives you room to plan your kitchen layout. Before buying, confirm that your countertop opening matches the cooktop's dimensions, and check that your home has a suitable gas supply and venting for the space.
